Coconut Butternut Squash

The Ingredients:
1 pound butternut squash, cubed
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut meat

Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes

The Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil (I used toasted almond grapeseed oil)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large sweet potatoes

Green Beans
The Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
