Carrot Cake Truffle

Oreo Truffle

Mixed-Berry Cornmeal Cobbler

I milled popcorn kernels to make fresh, whole-grain cornmeal and used whole-wheat pastry flour instead of all-purpose. It turned out pretty good, the grainy quality of the cornmeal added a nice texture to the berries.
